What type of clothing are these dimensions for and how do I measure them?

These measurements will serve as a reference point to determine your size. They are not 100% accurate, as sewing and fabrics may vary slightly, but rest assured – this will give you a good idea.

To measure them, I recommend having a tape measure on hand. Wrap it around your body under your arms, at chest level.

Match your measurement to the appropriate size range and there you go – you now have a reference point for what size will be perfect for you.
