What type of clothing do these measurements apply to and how do I measure them?

These measurements will be your reference point for your size. They are not 100% accurate as construction and materials may vary slightly, but don't worry, they will be a good reference point.

To take your measurements, I recommend having a tape measure on hand. Run it under your armpits at chest level, around your entire body.

Match your measurements to the appropriate size range and you're done. Now you have a reference point for your ideal size.
